Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. The recovery email opens the secure recovery route for web or the MyPeakYears app. A recovery code is personal and must never be shared.
The iPhone app and website use the same account for profile, goals and daily check-ins. Offline changes remain stored per account on the device and are retried when connectivity returns.
Apple Health is optional and read-only. If you enable automatic synchronisation, permitted steps, sleep and recorded workouts can automatically add to your daily check-in. Missing data remains unknown and a manual correction is not simply overwritten. Resting heart rate, HRV and VO₂max provide additional context. For female profiles, Cycle context can be enabled separately; it requires separate consent and reads menstrual flow only if you connect Apple Health for it. The daily reminder is a local iOS notification and can be disabled in the app or iOS settings.
Open Account → Delete account in the app. After your final confirmation, the sign-in account and associated MyPeakYears product data are deleted, except where limited retention is legally necessary.
MyPeakYears supports lifestyle habits and self-monitoring and does not diagnose conditions. For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.
