The terms for using MyPeakYears, including Premium, billing and cancellation.

MyPeakYears is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using an account, you confirm that you are able to enter into this agreement.
MyPeakYears provides health education, self-monitoring and behaviour coaching around areas including sleep, movement, strength, cardio, nutrition and recovery. Scores and recommendations are coaching aids, not diagnosis, treatment or a validated prediction of lifespan.
Do not use MyPeakYears as a substitute for a clinician, medical examination or treatment. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for symptoms, urgent concerns, medication questions or uncertainty about exercise. The medical disclaimer forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for securing your account and for information you enter. Do not share account access. Do not use the service for another person's data without a valid legal basis and permission.
The free plan and Premium may include different features and Academy content. The current contents of each plan, price, taxes and billing period are shown before purchase. MyPeakYears may improve or replace features provided this does not misleadingly hollow out the core of a paid plan.
Premium is a recurring subscription where this is stated at purchase. Web payments are processed through Stripe; iOS purchases through Apple. The subscription renews according to the billing period until cancelled, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. The current price and any tax are shown before the payment action.
You can manage and cancel an online web subscription online through Profile → Subscription & invoices. Manage App Store subscriptions through Apple. After cancellation, paid access generally remains available until the end of the paid period unless a statutory right to earlier termination or refund applies.
A statutory 14-day cooling-off period may apply to contracts concluded online. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to a defective digital service. To exercise a withdrawal right, contact support@mypeakyears.com; Apple may handle refunds for App Store purchases.
The app, design, text, Academy content and software are protected by intellectual-property rights. You receive a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the service while using it lawfully. Systematic copying, resale, scraping or republication is not permitted.
You may not misuse MyPeakYears, bypass security, create excessive automated traffic, access other users' accounts or use the service for unlawful activity.
We aim to provide a reliable service but may perform maintenance or change features. If a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription, we will communicate it appropriately and statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
MyPeakYears does not promise a specific health, fitness or financial result. To the extent permitted by law, MyPeakYears is not liable for damage caused by use outside the intended coaching function or by ignoring clear safety warnings. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
You can delete your account through account settings. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an externally managed App Store subscription; cancel that separately with Apple. For web subscriptions, check the subscription status before deleting the account.
Dutch law applies to the agreement to the extent this does not remove mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Contact support@mypeakyears.com first with a complaint. You retain all rights to approach a competent regulator or court.
We may update these terms when the service, law or billing structure changes. For material changes we publish a new date and notify users where reasonably necessary. New terms do not retroactively reduce statutory rights.
